Before I started filming I wanted to practice a variety of shots that I might end up using in my music video to give it a wide range of angles and a higher level of complexity. As you can see from the video below I have took a few shot of different angles and movements that I might use in my final video. Practicing shots is important as when you come to filming the actual video, you will have experience in filming and know how to do it straight away, rather than just completely winging it and hoping that it turns out okay.
I used Wicksteed park to practice some shots as it is a unique location that I considered using for my music video. Due to it being quite a popular destination however, I will look at using another location for my video as I would like my character to be a lot more isolated to show how he is on is on. If people were walking past him then this would slightly ruin this feeling.
